About the Author

 

I am Tesfamichael Molla Ali, an Electrical and computer engineering student in Wolkite University.

I was born and finished my High school education in Woldia, Ethiopia. Growing up I used to open electronic devices just to see what is inside and have damaged a lot of materials on the way, Time to time this hobby of mine lead me an intention to technology and innovation. In January 2013 I have joined the science and technology club in our school. Joining this club I had the privilege to work with some projects and with that experience, I have succeeded my first project (Steam based house cleaning machine), when I was in High school, and awarded as the winner of innovation computation in Zone level representing my school.

 

                After finishing my high school program I was able to join Wolkite University to study Electrical and Computer engineering. In my college, I was one of the two founding members of Electrical and computer engineers association and worked as a president for one year. Working on the association I had worked my own projects using programming languages, Microcontrollers, and sensors. One of my project (Mobile application controlled Home automation) was awarded as one of the top 5 innovations in National level. This eager to knowledge on technology forced me to know python, C, C++, C#, Arduino and Android programming and an experience in creating new things with materials in hand.
